I made those parker house rolls for Thanksgiving too! Incredible -- but the recipe made way too much butter so I had to enjoy it on any piece of bread i could find for weeks afterward!
Laughing! WAY too much butter and I used really good fancy butter. The good news is that the extra cranberry butter remains delicious on toast, waffles, muffins, and butternut squash for at least two months, if not longer.
